If you want to buy on our website, but pick up your items at our office use store pick up option at checkout.

Delivery delays

Our goal is always to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days.

Transit time
Canada Standard delivery: 3 to 9 working days.
USA Standard delivery: 4 to 8 working days.
UPS Standard, FedEx Ground, UPS Express deliveries :1 to 2 days .

When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will prepare your order as soon as possible. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a delivery tracking number.

Please allow additional lead times for international orders and custom orders.

All orders are shipped from our offices, located in the greater Montreal area, Canada.

Delivery Information

In the event that you have additional information to communicate to us concerning the delivery (door/apartment number, move or error), we invite you to write it to us in the comments box when placing the order. Otherwise, it is possible to write to us by filling out the form if the order has already been processed.

A damaged item?

For a damaged item, please send us an email including a photo and explaining how the item is damaged. A member of our team will be happy to contact you to correct the situation.

Product purchased from a retailer
