Product purchased from a retailer

All refund requests for product purchased from a retailer must be processed directly with the retailer following their in-store policies. For a list of our retailers, click here.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We can refund you within 7 days from the date of shipment of the product.

Please contact us at expert@rakabot.com if you wish to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the cost of the returned product from the original invoice will be refunded. The refund is made from the payment method used during your purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition (in Quebec) and show no signs of use.

Exceptions

However, certain exceptions apply to our shipping and returns policy.

For example;

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned,
  • Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging,
  • Returned items must not show any signs of use.
