If you want to buy on our website, but pick up your items at our office use store pick up option at checkout.

Delivery delays

Rakabot is committed to maintaining, to the extent possible, sufficient inventory to ensure the availability of all its models. When ordered items are in stock, they will be shipped within a maximum of five (5) to fourteen (14) business days. If the order requires boxing or special preparation, it will be shipped within a maximum of seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.

Out of Stock – Out-of-stock items may require a manufacturing and delivery lead time of three (3) to five (5) weeks. In such cases, Rakabot will promptly contact you to validate if you can wait those delays.

Carrier Transit time
Canada Standard delivery: 3 to 6 working days.
USA Standard delivery : 4 to 6 working days.

When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will prepare your order as soon as possible. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a delivery tracking number.

Please allow additional lead times for international (outside Canada and United States) orders and custom orders. All orders are shipped from our offices, located in the greater Montreal area, Canada.

Delivery fees

Great news! all shipping fees are now included in the website price for all Canadian provinces except Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island. 

For other countries, the system will calculate shipping fees automatically based on the packages weight and dimensions. As the products are made in Canada, there will be no tariff fees for our United States customers.

Delivery Information

In the event that you have additional information to communicate to us concerning the delivery (door/apartment number, move or error), we invite you to write it to us in the comments box when placing the order. Otherwise, it is possible to write to us by filling out the form if the order has already been processed.

A damaged item?

For a damaged item, please send us an email including a photo and explaining how the item is damaged. A member of our team will be happy to contact you to correct the situation.

Product purchased from a reseller

All refund requests for product purchased from a retailer must be processed directly with the retailer following their in-store policies.
