If you want to buy on our website, but pick up your items at our office use store pick up option at checkout.
Our goal is always to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will prepare your order as soon as possible. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a delivery tracking number.
Please allow additional lead times for international orders and custom orders.
All orders are shipped from our offices, located in the greater Montreal area, Canada.
In the event that you have additional information to communicate to us concerning the delivery (door/apartment number, move or error), we invite you to write it to us in the comments box when placing the order. Otherwise, it is possible to write to us by filling out the form if the order has already been processed.
A damaged item?
For a damaged item, please send us an email including a photo and explaining how the item is damaged. A member of our team will be happy to contact you to correct the situation.
We can refund you within 7 days from the date of shipment of the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the cost of the returned product from the original invoice will be refunded. The refund is made from the payment method used during your purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition and show no signs of use.
However, certain exceptions apply to our shipping and returns policy.
